Criminals! Your service dept advisers may be dishonest! I called 2 honda dealers to get parts quotes (132.00) and then took my car in for service to get the part replaced. When I picked the car up, the bill had the part priced at 157.00, I complained to the cashier who called a service adviser and me without talking to him, he must have been listening in, ran in back, got me a brand new bill with the correct price. We must conclude that this is a standard practice there! I said out loud "this is bullshit trying to rip me off"! I paid the revised bill and walked out! Go elsewhere!
