I belong to this gym only because it is a couple blocks from where I live/work.
If you go between during the week between 5PM-8PM (Unless there a steeler game or other playoff game) it is going to be a mad house! You will have to wait for any cardio machine and the weights area is over crowded. Either come late at night or in the middle of the day! Weekends are usually pretty calm.
Cons
The locker rooms are a mess! The showers are filled with the hair and the sinks have been clogged for about a month. I have reported it a couple times and nothing seems to be fixed. There are a good amount of lockers and counter space if need to store stuff or get ready (But if youre there when it is super crowded, it will take some time to find an open locker).
The machines always seem dirty and if they are broken there is a sign on them for weeks before it is fixed- not sure if they contract this work out, but it is not frequent enough. There are only 6 stairmasters and when 2 are broken, the line gets longer and longer for a machine.
The workers at the front desk don't seem to care about there jobs. There is a girl, Andrea, I think, who is always super friendly when she greets you and walks around to check on problems. If only the other workers were like her. The trainers just walk around and check them selves out and tell you you're doing something wrong to try and get business.
They offer decent classes, but it would be nice if they offered them more often. Spin class is the only one that seems to have multiple classes a day and on weekends. Sadly they only offer a couple classes over the weekend.
The temperature in here is always a mess. It's either freezing in the middle of winter or super hot in the summer. The AC breaks at least once a summer!
