  • We will never book through Jet Luxury again. We had to cancel our vacation because they were a nightmare from the very beginning. We booked a room for my husband's birthday and we ended up cancelling that room to upgrade to a bigger room. Long story short- they took out several unauthorized payments from our bank, and we can never speak with a manager to get our refund. Even after cancelling our trip after the unauthorized payments being taken out... THEY STILL TOOK OUT ANOTHER UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT! It's been several days past the time we were told we should receive our refunds, and we still have not received it & have yet to speak with a manager!!
