  • Teavana has been at Northlake Mall for many years and through the years I have found a consistency in their customer service and knowledge of teas. I have read other reviews about the customer service and product being sub par and while I respect those opinions and can find some truth, I still can say that I haven't found the same to be true with my experiences. I do know that this location has changed employees often and management has been changed over the last year or so and with that being said there does tend to be some bumps in the road. On my many trips to Teavana I've found the staff to be fairly knowledgeable about the variety of teas and accessories and that has made my decision making easier and more informed but I make sure to take time to really know the manager of the store because they should be the most knowledgeable and experienced with all facets of the tea buying experience. The current manager is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she's able to answer all my questions and make good suggestions for my next visit. My one knock on Teavana is they tend to cycle teas in and out so one month you have your favorite tea in stock and when you come back it's been discontinued. This has happened to me on 3 different occasions but I always find a nice substitute that either is the same or better. Teavana also brings in new teas for different times of the year and seasons. So, check them out if you want a real tea experience and not the boring tea in a bag drag.
