  • I saw some reviews on google or elsewhere about this place, before landing here today. I'd say my review is going to match those 2 star reviews than the single happy one posted here. If you are someone who is able to give yourselves fully without knowing what's coming your way, you will rate this place higher. Plus - you will get looked at soon after your GP refers you here. -Location is easy enough to park at (street or green P parking). Surrounding shops are interesting enough, though pricey!! for clothes ($400 dress, anyone?) Negs- Explanations were not offered. A thin but long camera was inserted into my nostril, after a very bitter taste was sprayed into each of my nostrils. I had the full disadvantage of not knowing what to expect, and dealing with side effects on my own later that night. My voice is hoarse, it's not easy for me to talk, and I had a migraine forming already that day. I couldn't ask questions, or even think of doing the right things. Still, I do expect any doctor to explain how and why they are treating me a certain way. Helps prep me mentally, and I end up trusting myself in someone else's hands for a window of time. The examination didn't "hurt", but it was completely uncomfortable. I had trouble breathing, I gagged multiple times, and tears kept coming. That night, I sleep very badly. I didn't know if my side effects were normal and how long they'd continue for. I didn't want a repeat of waking up every 2 hours, just to spit, or discover I couldn't blow my nose without affecting my throat. I went online, to an American site, to find out what this doctor should have given me a heads up about, side effects wise. The ENT was professional in her semi-assessment of me - my throat has inflamed nodules on both sides of the vocal chord. I just wish I knew what was about to happen, before the experience unfolded to a point of no return. I wish I knew what to expect as a side effect. I'm glad the side effect didn't involve anything like seizures, because I couldn't have handled that on my own. --- The location of this office is right on ground level, by the way. I contacted them by email to ask about side effects, but nobody (receptionist or my specific doctor), has returned a response still.
