| - I'm not very impressed with the service. I found it very difficult to communicate with them. We go to places like this not just to look good, but as well as to relax. How can you relax if these people are rushing their job everytime a new customer enters the salon? Two days ago, I went there for a pedicure and a polish change for my finger nails. I told the lady (owner) that I wanted a French pedi, and that I also wanted arts painted on my big toes, she said "yes, no problem". While the other girl wad doing my pedicure, 2 women entered the salon and they told the owner that the have appointments. The owner started talking to the girl who was doing my pedicure and also to the other girl who works there. Unfortunately, I don't understand what they were talking about; they talk in Viet. I was in the middle of my pedicure, and was trying to relax when the owner, reached my hands with a cotton ball soaked with acetone in her hand and she started rooming my nail polish without even asking me; then, after the polish was removed, she asked me to stand up and go to the front while I'm in the middle of my pedicure with my feet soaked into the basin of water to PAY!!! She painted my nails; couple nails are half done! I can apply polish better than her when I was eight! I do not recommend this place to anyone! P.s. The white tip on my toenails are all crooked! Also, she forgot to put arts on my big toenails, but she did not forget to charge me for that!
