  • Not a single person addressed me nor helped me. I walked the entire store, found the exact couch I wanted and was ready to pay cash and be out the door. I stood at the couch I want for over 20 minutes. An associate even watched me double check my measurements. AND NOT ONE PERSON GREETED ME NOR ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME. 1 star because Yelp doesn't let you leave zero.
