  • Recently, I went to chapman for an oil change, tire rotation, and warranty repair on my door. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a tech named Melissa who was friendly and courteous. She not only went out of her way to get my vehicle in quickly, but she was considerate of my schedule in rearranging activities such that I could get everything completed in 2 hours. Moreover, I was sitting in the heat on a business call when suddenly Melissa appeared with a cold water to quench my thirst. My experience was excellent in every way.
