| - An Absolutely AMAZING museum! Very interactive and great to see all the clothes, records, memorabilia, etc on display. Learning the history of Rock and Roll and it's roots in gospel, blues, jazz, country music...how it all blended with British rock, punk, Hip Hop to become the music we know today was quite fascinating.
I was surprised at some of the artists that were NOT on display or inducted in to the Hall of Fame for that matter...Kiss, Sinatra, Cher, etc... just to name a few examples.
There was a special exhibit on the Rolling Stones when I went, and even though I am not a huge fan of the Stones, it was cool to see and learn about the history of the band.
I thought the HoF was interesting...signatures inscribed into a wall.
My only one complaint is that there is SOOOOO much to read, that it fried my brain. Probably have to go back many, many more times to try and read everything!
It is a really cool museum and definitely worth spending the day at...at least 3 hours!
Rock On!!!
