Very positive experience at Dignity. We came into Dignity because my husband's blood pressure was super high for a while, and he started having chest pains. It was not crowded unlike the ERs at conventional hospitals. They got him into triage and Dr. Turner saw him pretty quickly.
At first, our nurse was a little grumpy, but she became a lot warmer as my husband's condition was more severe. This was understandable because we came during their shift change. Dr. Turner was very attentive and treated my husband with medication until his blood pressure came down. They ran a static EKG and took blood to test his enzymes.
We were discharged. However, husband's blood pressure started coming up again. We went back and there was a new shift of staff. The nurse came out and discussed with us that we needed to follow-up with the PCP. So we went to the VA Clinic to meet with further medical professionals to follow-up.
