  • Hi yelpers! Just posting this review to let everyone know about the corrupt Managment company who owns this property. The owner is a scam artist who will threaten people with " a army of internet warriors" to blast your company if he doesn't get his way, meaning he will try and swindle your company out of every dime he can. My company performed work at this site in the middle of the night 1am and solved his problems. We sent in the bill and he did the typical property Managment trick. Said he has lots of work and to cut him a deal! I refused to go along with his scam and he ended up never paying his bill. I called him and he threatened me and my company! Then he just pushed the calls onto someone else who doesn't care to pay either. So, long story short BEWARE!!! Don't do work at this property.
