  • Second time being here and I honestly don't know why I scheduled here again. Wait time is just too long especially when you have kids. How can they expect us to keep our children busy when there is absolutely nothing for them to do in the waiting room and once you get into a room, they have you wait even longer. They ask you to strip your baby down to take vitals but there is no MA for 30 minutes . Poor baby has to wait in a diaper while my other son keeps asking when can we leave. Either they need to hire more staff or schedule people within reasonable gaps so no one waits this long . Definitely not coming back !
