| - I really regret letting my 73 year old mother come here. I had heard from one of the reps for this place she would receive excellent care. If you call letting her sit in bed all day, every day, excellent care, I guess they're right. I question why she had not had any rehabilitation after two weeks, and they are telling me she gets range of motion every morning, except on weekends, which is when they don't work, (guess one only needs physical therapy on weekdays, but ok). Range of motion? Moving her body as to not get bed sores is called physical therapy!? I told the nurse that on Friday I had to move her around because a nurse came and said physical therapy was to busy to get to her. And the nurse told me that's not true! That's not true!?! Whaaat? She said she wanted proof because the chart was filled in and signed.Well imagine that! If it's signed, it must be true! I said I took pictures of ME moving her around because no one else came! So what??, It's not true that they were to busy, or what I told her? I wish I never let her come here. As a matter of fact I am in the process of getting her moved to a place that will not just let her lay there wasting away until she dies. I can go on and on about this place, but if you love your loved one, take them to a place that shows concern. By the way, I'm not saying there's no one here that is good, there are. Unfortunately they're not the ones that matter to her.
Haha, Update..., ten minutes after talking to nurse about this matter, her and head Rn just came in to tell me I was not allowed to take pictures of my mother getting any physical therapy with any staff! Ha that's so convenient, but no one else was in the picture besides my mother, BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE CAME IN!! I don't know what the other nurse told her, but funny they felt it necessary to come tell me not to take pictures!!
