  • Would not recommend Dr Tsai! I had to see him 2 times just to get him to understand that I needed a pre-authorization in order to get a necessary vaccine. Which he never really understood so I had to call his office (they never call back by the way) they finally told me he wouldn't do it because it was too expensive to order, thats what the pre-authorization to insurance are for! Im not ok with someone wasting my time so they can get extra payouts. And the office staff is clueless and rude. Such a wast of time.
