  • Breakfast on the Vegas Strip just got healthier and more pleasant with Einstein Bros Bagels. They are located just east of the southern end of the Strip, and we made several visits for our breakfast fix! I ordered their breakfast Turkey sausage wrap ($4.80) , toasted "everything bagel" with cream cheese ($2.75) and their asparagus, swiss and mushroom bagel sandwich ($4.80) as well as their spinach and cheese baked bagel ($1.75). All good and all freshly made to order. The owner Ruben (great name for a sandwich shop, lol!) was super friendly and remembered us on our 2nd visit - bonus! The coffees and lattes, which I didn't get a chance to try were reasonably priced and the surroundings were clean, modern and bright. Stay way from the the pricey breakfast buffets, and preserve your waistline with Eisntein Bros. Bagels, you won't regret it!
