While meandering through the Miracle Mile Shops, we were getting hungry and happened to stumble across Lombardi's. It was quite crowded, but we only had to wait about five minutes for a table, which was in the courtyard/patio area that was great for people watching.
Our waiter was great. He immediately brought out some very good complimentary bread and olive oil to the table. The menu had quite a number of selections, but the choices weren't so many that you couldn't make up your mind. I had calamari as an appetizer and eggplant parmesan for my entree. Both were excellent and reasonably priced.
Everyone in my party became a fan, and we will most certainly return.
