  • I needed to switch from my Windows 10 Mobile to a new phone, and was concerned as to what I was getting into. James took his time and walked me through my concerns thoroughly to the point that I was comfortable with the change. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the phone from them, due to circumstances that were beyond his control. However I can and will purchase some needed accessories from him. I would give them 5 stars but for the overall problem with the phone purchase. But as I said that was beyond his control.
