Don't order take out if you want your order right! On more than one occasion I have gotten to my destination with incomplete orders. Very frustrating, as they have someone who is supposed to be checking all of it before bagging it. Sure they'll offer to remake it and drive it to you, but by then the rest of your party has finished eating. How about you just get it right the first time! Manager was so unorganized and argumentative on the phone, i.e.: couldn't find order number I provided and then called me by another customer name, that I told her to forget it and hung up. Sometimes the customer is so frustrated by multiple occurrences of the same problem that you just need to listen and do what they're asking. Get it together Panera.
