They practice insurance fraud. They will claim you have more damage than you have in order to get a large payout from your insurance company. I have reported them to the Attorney General's office for their predatory practices here in Arizona. I had a plumber who worked with them come out to fix a faucet in a property I manage. He said that the faucet leak probably caused water damage to the bathroom below and I should have Drylux come out and that property insurance could cover the costs. Of course this was scary. When they came out they told me they had to send "samples" to the lab, but had a machine that showed water damage through the walls. This was ALL a setup. After their "lab" confirmed water damage then they said they'd walk me through everything I needed to say to the insurance company. This is a red flag. No company should ever have to "walk you through" what to say. If they have to do that they are most likely lying damage should be apparent and clear. I felt uneasy thanks to a discerning spirit and had another contractor come out. Of course, there was no water damage, he literally wiped up the water that existed with a towel. I was extremely embarrassed and hurt that I had been taken advantage of in this way. The renters in the home were inconvenienced to the extent of having their bathroom chopped up for damage that did not exist! Our management company ended up having to pay for repairs to the home based on false information. It is a horrible feeling to be lied to and to be taken advantage of and they are predatory in every sense of the word. RUN
