WARNING! This place is a scam. I set up an appointment for a cleaning and general check-up. After my x-rays were taken and I received my cleaning, Dr. Mai (who hasn't even looked at my teeth-a technician did....) informed me that I had to set up another appointment to discuss my x-rays and condition of my teeth. I thought that was strange- I've never been to an office where they couldn't just go over my x-rays and give me a full examination in one appointment. So I asked, "Do I have any cavities?" she responded "yes." I asked "how many?" She responded in a bizarre, non-confident way, "a few..." A FEW?
My gut told me this office was a scam and I am in my 30's and never had a cavity in my life...so sure enough I got a second opinion in which the dentist told me my teeth were fine. This event took place 2 years ago...and my teeth feel fine so I've concluded my "few cavities" never existed.
After sharing this story with a few friends, I was surprised (or not surprised?) to find 2 other people who had similar experiences to mine with Sedation Dental. I feel terrible for all the people who have gotten unneeded dental work by this place.
