| - Ths buffet was great about two years ago. But, recently, I went to Bacchanal, and it had gone downhill. First, the food lines are not arranged well- for example, the crab line extends into a lot of food that people can't get to without waiting in the crab line. My guess is that this is not a mistake. Second, the brisket used to be the best I'd ever had outside of Texas, but something changed, and I choked down a couple of bites. They also used to have a small portion of chicken and waffles that was amazing, but now it is honey/teriyaki chicken and waffles, which was not very good. Finally, the biggest food area here is the Asian food part. While I like Asian food, it is not what I pay $$$ to eat at the Bacchanal Buffet. So, in a nutshell, FYI, I think US customers are no longer the main target audience here. Desserts are still very good.
