  • Went in with a girlfriend for our gel mani/pedi appointment, and even though we were 15 minutes late on a Saturday morning, they still took us...probably because they were empty. Anyway, I broke my toe two days prior, and pointed it out to the lady doing my feet but she still managed to shove the cuticle pusher into it, which was painful and annoying. When I jumped and seized, she asked, "does that hurt?" I don't know, what do you think? Anyway, the long and short of it: the pedicure was satisfactory other than the minor issue with the busted toe of mine and it lasted what a pedicure should last. The gel manicure was disappointing. I think maybe it was because they didn't use a power tool to smooth my nail before applying the gel, but for whatever reason it was, the nails only lasted six days. In my prior experience with gels, you get a minimum two weeks out of them. On the plus side, the way she shaped my nails was the best they've ever looked. $54 for both with a 10% discount, $10 tip for a total of $64. I guess you get what you pay for.
