  • Ordered a headstone for my sister in December 2014 and never received it. Talked to the owner on multiple occasions and didn't get anywhere. Promises, promises, but no headstone... after 9 months of bickering. Talked to the company who would have received the order and built the headstone, but they never received the order from the Casket Store! Demanded refund today and owner wrote us a check. Avoid this business.
