  • People are always quick to complain these days so I felt it was important to pay a compliment to Delta Air Lines . My husband and I had a trip planned and very unfortunate circumstances meant that we had to cancel. When I called the airline I spoke to a very compassionate young lady who asked to send a fax explaining the situation. I sent the fax on a Thursday and was given a full refund three days later. Thank you Delta for being human and having a "heart"!!! 10/10 5 's
