  • We traveled from Arizona to Japan and our flight was changed which changed our seats which I realized too late and it was not ideal. On the way back from Chicago to Phoenix we were able to get more room. I was very frustrated trying to reach a representative in Japan in English once I got through I received confirmation of the seats home. Basically what I wanted was on the long flights to have room and to keep my group together that wasn't the case. I emailed a complaint but I am sure it fell in deaf ears. The food on the flights were really good and the staff was always nice. Next time I dont see us using American
