Century link charged my account without notifying me sending my account into the hole. When I called customer service they said I did not receive the email due to a hiccup In their system. And refuses to credit the $55 they took from my account. After 20 minutes of arguing they credited $10 to my next bill.. not my bank account. So my account is still in the hole thanks to century link.
DO NOT USE CENTRUY LINK. Going to look into a different company as soon as I can.
