I relocated cross-country and moved in at the end of June 2015 after extensive online research. I signed my lease and sent it in along with the money required not having seen the property for myself. Can you guess what happened next....
... I was DELIGHTED. EVERYTHING was exactly as shown on all the different websites. My apartment was even better than described. Everything was perfect and immaculate. Over the past five months, I only had to call maintenance once on a single tiny issue and they were on-the-spot to respond and would not leave until the job was done and done right.
People complained of bugs. What bugs? I haven't seen a single bug in my apartment and in, general, haven't been bugged by bugs at all - whether I'm at the pool, barbecuing or walking my dog.
I don't understand any of the complaints at all. I've been a frequent visitor to the pool and spa in the warmer months and ever square inch of the property is kept in pristine order at all times. At random times I'll see a member of staff walking every inch of the grounds picking up loose trash to keep everything beautiful. Speaking of staff, EVERYONE is friendly - from the office staff to the maintenance workers to even the contractors doing the landscaping.
The landscaping, the walk ways and the entire property is always a beautiful sight to see.
Today when I walked into the office to pay my rent in person I was greeted with warm smiles and thanked for paying promptly with a bag of candy. I've always been very satisfied with Firenze but the going-the-extra-mile treatment I received today motivated me to post this review.
Pay no mind to the negative reviews. I strongly suspect they were left by perfectionist haters who have nothing better to do with their time.
