  • Do NOT rent a car from here. I've done so much traveling and used so many rental cars from various airports around the world. The entire experience was dreadful. I've never even written a Yelp review but this had to be documented and I don't want others to make the same mistake. First off, they can't even give you proper directions. Spent 25 minutes running around the airport trying to get to "viscount" (pronounced like discount by the guy on the phone). Once I realized I was supposed to go to viscount( pronounced VIcount) I finally found the train once airport staff knew what the heck I was even asking for. Then some sketchy white van picks me up, doesn't help with my bag and drives 100 mph back to this crappy building. They proceed to force me to buy their insurance even though I provided proof of my OWN INSURANCE. I was so exhausted so I agreed. They never took it off and never answered their phone so I could provide additional details to have the charges removed. Then they charged me an arm and a leg for gas and on top of this I received a bill for NINETY TWO dollars because I went on one toll road that cost them $4. All in all I paid almost $500 for a 5 day rental in a shitty Honda Civic. Never. Ever. Again.
