  • NEW PATIENT at Phoenix Neurological pain. Appointment here to see Dr. Woods. This has nothing to do with him or his staff members. This is specifically for Kim who works under John Paul Malayil M.D. "Pain Management" I needed to use the restroom and before I went in there, there was a sign on the door that said make sure you ask staff if you need to leave a urine specimen. So I asked KIM, what a rude person. Didn't give me eye contact just kept staring at her computer and said, IM BUSY YOU HAVE TO WAIT... Ok so I waited a few minutes then I told her I need to go urgently! She just keeps ignoring me. Then yells at another staff member, GET THIS GIRL A CUP SHE APPARENTLY CAN'T HOLD IT! Unbelievable!!! Contacted her supervisor, left a review on google and the BBB. First time here and I was disrespected for no reason. This hag hates life and can't work with the public becuz she APPARENTLY can't control her mouth. Nasty ass person...She's gonna disrespect the wrong person and find herself on the other end. She should be working in a cubicle by herself along with her nasty ass attitude. BTW, You don't want people like her to represent your company or your staff, she makes everybody look bad.
