  • I went to an event a couple weekends back where this truck was working, but it wasn't as great as when I've previously had their food. Still good, but not as good. Their hush puppies are AMAZING. I love New Orleans food so this is a nice way to bring a taste of New Orleans to Phoenix. Jambalaya with chicken was pretty good. The sausage was probably the best part. Not too bad overall though!
