  • The only reason they have business in and out is the location.. other than that I don't see quality and service overall. As disappointing as it may sound, they were closing the door by 7pm when the hours were suppose to be 10pm... We arrived at approximately 6pm, the line for ordering was so unorganized as it didn't even look like a line..I asked the lady in front of me and they didn't even know what was happening...There was an event at the harbourfront centre that day so they were crazy busy...aside from the unorganized line... Almost everything was sold out, I wanted hot chocolate, it was sold out, I wanted tea and they didn't have orange pekoe (isn't that a common one?) So I ended up ordering their ice cappuccino from the machines and gelato...it was probably the only thing that was not yet sold out....so my choices were extremely limited... the cappuccino tasted like super thick sugar water....I couldn't really taste the coffee in it since it was so heavily sugared...gelato was really sweet too....and not to forget the prices...expensive... They had a self serve water bottle with plastic cups and I had to literally split my cap in 3 cups and kept on topping it with water...the place was quite unorganized and people just left garbage all over the place which I personally couldn't stand... All in all, I would not come back here for service (no service really) and/or the food...
