Wholes food has became a huge part of my life since i've changed my eating habit. I have a routine that i try to incorporate into my lifestyle, and although its a task i managed to get a good 4-5 meals a day thank to WFs
Eating the way i do isn't always easy, in fact it's very time consuming. That's why i prepare and plan my meals in advance. Tupperware are the win! I come here twice a week to re-up my staple, and i'm in and out in less than 15min. The butchers are really friendly and quick to help. I can always count on their chicken and fish to taste more suitable than other leading market branch without any additives on my behalf.
It can be a pain to get in and out of this place due to it's location right next to the mall. I juggle between this location and W. Charleston depending on my where about.
Lately, when i do have cheat meals they tend to displeasing and unwelcoming just because my taste buds are so sensitive now. In most case i always regret trying new things, so i don't think its fair to review any new places given the circumstance. It's sad that i eat for health and not pleasure anymore. Despite the fact it's boring way of life compare to the yelpizzle's world, i have goals that needs to be accomplish and WFs has my back.
