rev:text	My husband says nothing but 5 stars so I saw that Matt has 5 stars with a ton of reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with him and he was very friendly and personable you don't get that a lot nowadays. And being a woman he didn't make me feel stupid. He asked if the next day between a certain time would be fine for him to come by and he came when scheduled. He went over everything with me in regards to what his thoughts were what he was going to do and was very thorough and explaining everything so I understood it. The problem came down to my actual dryer not the vent and it was a no-charge estimate which again you don't find nowadays and I feel bad for not having paid anything but I am 100% sure that we will use Matt again in the future and I will refer him to many people. This is why he has five stars and probably will continue to have them for a very long time.
