Purchased all weather floor mats from Suburu Superstore through Amazon. We own a Suburu Legacy 2015 and the floor mats were advertised for a Suburu Legacy. Upon receipt of the floor mats we saw that the package said, "Suburu Legacy 2005" on it and the floor mats did not fit our newer car model. There was only one floor connector in the 2005 suburu legacy floor mats though the 2015 suburu legacy floor has two connectors. So the floor mat will not fit on the driver's side and consequently the floor mat will not lay flat on the floor. We returned the floor mats within 24 hours asking for a full refund as the product was not as advertised. However, Suburu Superstore in Chandler did not return the entire amount but about 50% of the requested amount. The customer service rep from Suburu Superstore of Chandler said that the return was "discretionary" and did not in any way respond to our complaints about the product not fitting our car. We sent customer service two emails with our concerns requesting a full refund but the full refund was never received. This is very poor customer service and not acceptable as the error was with Suburu Superstore of Chandler and not with the customer. It appears that Suburu Superstore of Chandler is not customer friendly and offers floor mats that are at least 10 years old assuming they fit all models. Will not shop at this store again.
