  • Use a different water company! Worst experience I have ever been through. I have called numerous times for them to pick up their equipment and each time someone put it in their notes to have it picked up. Now I'm driving this equipment in my car because I was threatened with fees and charges when I have asked for it to be picked up in first place. Sparklett is cheap for one reason because they know they can get more out of you. Only 100 lbs picking up their equipment... This company will see! And lies you are not open on a Saturday.. so now this will have to be in my car until Monday like the picture on the door says.
