  • We started taking our cars to Kathy's Auto a few years ago after a mechanic friend of ours said that she was honest and reliable. We have found this to be true. I don't worry about her trying to tell me that things are broken when they're not, and she's always been honest to me and has fair prices. If you're looking for a shop with a super nice waiting room that has wi-fi, a coffee bar or is super modern and upscale, this may not be the place for you. We've always just dropped our cars off and picked them up them the next day so haven't had to wait there while they get fixed (which I think is the case with most of her customers). I would much rather sacrifice a nice waiting area for fair prices and honest work!
