  • Way above average but not "luxury". Overall this is a VERY nice apartment with GREAT architecture and an amazing rooftop pool. Where else can you get floor to ceiling glass, modern architecture and views starting at $1000? The tradeoffs: small apartments, thin walls, sound issues, small parking spots, limited parking, lots of fees, forced cable, good but not great flooring and appliances. I lived here from ~ May '15 to July '16. At the time it was Managed by Mark Taylor and the staff was fantastic.
