| - If I could leave a review without stars, I would! This location is a joke. After initially filling out papers for a walk-in adjustment, I decided to upgrade to a wellness plan; and even though my information had just been entered, it took the receptionist 25+ minutes to find me in the computer. After locating me in the system (she spelled my name wrong, Ficole vs Nicole) she made the necessary corrections and changes, scanned me in, and sent me to the back. The adjustment which took place provided some relief, but I was unable to have my lower back adjusted pending x-rays which was understandable.
Fast forward to my attempted next adjustment, in which yet again they could not find me in their system. Nearly half an hour later, I was found and they attempted to collect payment from me, even though I was current (had paid for 2 months
and didn't owe anything for another week). I explained to them there was no need for me to make any payment, as I it would automatically process when due, and they then REFUSED to treat me.
I left, and returned immediately (5 minutes later) to cancel my wellness plan. I signed the paper, handed it over and was on my way.
Two months later, I attempt to go to another Joint location in hopes of better service...only to find out I have an outstanding balance for the past two months. So much for my "cancelation", if I would've never gone in I can only imagine the balance I'd accumulate. Not to mention, they continued to draft money from my account, which I had to dispute through the bank to get back. Needless to say, management heard a mouthful from me, and I most definitely will never go back!!!
