| - Another place to stuff your face while on The Strip. The Buffet isn't up in the ranks as Wicked Spoon and Bacchanal, but it sure is a hell of a lot better than the Wynn's buffet.
During the holiday weekends, the price boosts to a few bucks more than what you'd pay for on an ordinary day. For brunch, we paid nearly $40 per person.
You can expect the usual buffet stations: Meat carving station, seafood, salads, Italian, Asian, American, and dessert. I made second trips to the Asian section, which offers Chinese broccoli, vegetarian chow mein, and shumai. Dessert was primarily breakfast pastries, with a sprinkling of cheesecakes, brownies, cookies, and cakes here and there. Sugar-free and gluten-free options are available, which is terrific if for those with dietary restrictions; however, they could've been better. The gluten-free brownie I had was somewhat dense, and the sugar-free lemon cheesecake had a distinct artificial flavor. To me, dessert was a disappointment, seeing as how this is where I load up on carbs.
The Buffet isn't bad, especially if you're staying at the hotel and don't want to venture too far. But I think you get more bang for your buck at either of the ones I mentioned up top.
