  • Service is incredibly slow. The staff is pretty apathetic about the whole thing. Went to the drive through on a Sunday at 6:00. They were not at all busy. They took 25 minutes to make our milk shakes. That was after we went in and asked if they were going to make them. They said they had to clean the equipment if we wanted milkshakes. I wouldn't think a place called "steak and shake" would be so thrown by a request for shakes. We will never go again.
