  • Joann Fabric and Crafts has let me down a lot in the past, as while I like to at least pretend that I am crafty sewing has never really been my thing and despite the "and Crafts", Joann's has always seemed like a fabric store to me. Lately Joann's has really been stepping their crafting game up. Joann's is the exclusive retailer for some of my favorite planner products, and their in-house brands have some great stuff items as well. Prices are pretty much in line with the competitors in the area, and the coupon policy is great... Joann's allows stacking, accepts electronic coupons (they have an app as well) and offers price matching too! Staffing could be better, both in terms of quantity of sales associates working (specifically on the weekends, weekdays seem to be well staffed) and their knowledge of the store inventory. I have never experienced rudeness from the cashiers, just a longer wait then I'd like from time to time. Yelp Reviews 2018 27/100
