I ordered the steak kebob entree. It was burnt to a crisp, beyond charred. Instead of the taste of delicious steak I got the taste of discussing burntness. When I brought this up to the manager he looked at me blankly. The cashier was behind him and began to grab, what I assume was a gift card for a free meal for next time, but then he said something to her about a "paper trail" and placed it back up behind the counter. The manager did not acknowledge me again, so I stood there waiting for something to happen. After a minute or so the manager looked at me with a sour expression, as if he didn't want to be there, and stocked to the back. At this point I walked out. Take the mangers sentiment, you don't want to be there either. At least not at this location.
