*Please read this in its entirety. If I could give negative stars I would. I called for a quote and made an appointment for home service the next day and was told I'd receive two phone calls in the morning. One from the receptionist clarifying the price and then a call confirming the time. Well I received no calls until 1/2 hour before my requested time to confirm. I wasn't even home because nobody kept their word. Then the tech was very polite and tried to replace the windshield. Keep in mind I had one small crack across the windshield. He apologized and said he somehow cracked the new one completely. He said its drivable but let the glue set for 20 mins and he'd have the manager replace it again in the morning. I get in my car hours later and find glass everywhere and the rubber piece that holds the windshield in place just flying in the wind with a piece of tape on it. I also found cuts in my fabric pillar along the windshield from not cutting the old windshield out the proper way. I called the answering service to report the issues and make sure it was in fact safe to drive and I got a call back almost immediately from the district manager, I think that was his title. He said for me to call him first thing in the morning because he will forget... I've never met a district manager who sounded so conceited. He said he gets 4,000 calls a day so he would forget. I suggested maybe setting a reminder in his phone or writing it on a sticky note. He said "No it's fine, I'll have someone else remind me." Totally unprofessional. It ended up raining the next day (today) so the another tech calls and said since its raining can I bring my two small children to their dirty and completely non-kid-friendly waiting room instead. Of course I said yes because I'm fed up with this place by now and just want my things replaced. So the same tech ends up doing the work AGAIN and the receptionist named Peggy is so rude she's sitting in front of me talking code about me being unreasonable to the unprofessional district manager and then all the employees come in and whisper to each other. I have every right to be unreasonable in this situation. All they offered for all of this trouble was to replace my window pillars for free. Not even a sincere apology. They acted like it was my fault. Was I supposed to pay for their damages? GO TO SAFELITE or anywhere else more professional please. These people didn't even apologize today.
