After waiting for a refund, and making quite a few calls, a refund was finally issued to me (4 months later). Amanda B. was very helpful and got things straightened out right away. I only wish I had contacted her sooner. I would however still warn about long office wait times, large up-front payments and slow refunds. Having insured patients pay up front for services (amounts that are well above copay) is a poor practice, and if it must be done then a much more efficient accounting system is clearly necessary.
