  • I took my 10 year old daughter who doesn't generally like doctors of any sort. Lifetime is great top to bottom. Dr. Pratt has young girls of his own and is terrific with kids. He's very thorough and took the time to explain things to Molly. Gal at the front desk was friendly and greeted us promptly. She had done her homework and had confirmed our insurance ahead of time. After my daughter's exam, we spent quite awhile looking at frames. Lifetime carries many different high-end designer's as well as medium to lesser priced choices. The woman who helped us was very helpful and made suggestions and even looked up several frames to check for other color options. We haven't picked frames yet bc we couldn't make our decision on the same day as my daughter's exam--we needed time to think about it. Looking forward to going back very soon to try on our favorites once again and make our final selection. Thanks, Lifetime! More goodness to share. Saw Armando this afternoon to order Molly's new frames. He's a fun guy and his customer service skills are top notch. I asked if he could get the glasses in in a week (I was mostly joking) and he said, "No problem. That's totally doable. Next Friday." I'm clearing my calendar in the afternoon to come pick up Molly's new glasses with her! Love Lifetime! 6/19/17 Saw the new doc Kash Sullenger...liked him a lot...professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great addition to the practice!
