Worst customer service ever! Wait time was 45-55 minutes at drive thru pharmacy! I rarely complain or write negative reviews but this place was awful. I've gone to the pharmacy there in previous years, never had a problem but today was the worst customer service EVER! And manager was worst EVER! I went into the store and took care of all insurance info etc so when I returned for my prescription it would be quick, right? WRONG! I return to sit in line behind 1 car for 20 minutes, then when I finally do get up to the window it took forever for them to acknowledge me, they said it was ready but then she couldn't find it. Sat there another 20 minutes with 5-6 cars backing up behind me. Finally she comes back with my prescription and has pharmacist talk to me. I take out my bags after paying and no drivers license or my credit card. I wait some MORE to get someone's attention and they ALL ignore me so I honk the horn because now I'm concerned they lost my cards. I honk I get dirty looks, I honk again she says they're too busy and can't come right now. I honk again, they give me the same brush off. There were several people in there and she's just standing there. I tried to tell her I need my cards several times but no response so I have to honk my horn again and wave about my cards they FINALLY look in the drawer and open it. But wait it gets worse. I call the manager and relay this story and he pretty much doesn't care. I said you don't care about customer service or me taking my business elsewhere? He informed me it's busy everyday and if I want to go elsewhere that's fine. I will never recommend or go there again. Basically the attitude was I have so much business I don't need yours. I said okay I'll be writing a review. He said go right ahead as he hung up on me. All in all I was there for 45-55 waiting. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone.
