  • Big shoutout to my old friend and manager at this location Jeremiah. He has been a catalyst behind getting me started with 24hr fitness and showed monster love and support as I day by day grinded out these workouts. Its been some time now since Ive set foot in this location or have had a chance to train in an actual 24hr fitness gym. I was a 265lb fatty last time I was here... I was lacking structure and order in my life and required immediate change. This location started alot for me and being lucky to meet the likes of people like Jeremiah are why I walk around now proudly at 180lbs. This location is by far my favorite and is located perfectly between EVERYTHING you need post gym workout. Plenty of parking out front, legit af bball courts, healthy eateries and grocery stores. No gym id rather sweat my problems out at and or spend my money at.
