The resort theme was a blended mix of Spanish hacienda ala Zorro and Southwest Americana ala O.K. Corral, but the rooms seemed Back to the Future 80's. I liked it because we were here to work, and I spent time in preparation for a sales conference. The room decor and the architecture was not a factor to me.
This is a resort, which means that trying to prepare for a power point presentation and going through mental exercises for the marketing presentation pitch while trying to look relaxed by the pool, during a tennis match, an outing or a round of golf was an exercise in focused concentration. As far as I remember, those hotel amenities were excellent.
The conference rooms were large and spacious. The business center was up to speed. The staff was responsive. It was a nice stay during this work related trip.
