  • The worse food and customer service I have ever received. Placed a carry out order and the pizza had no cheese and was over cooked. The boneless wings were hard as acorns and just as tasteless swimming in too much sauce. After arriving home and opening the boxes I called for a remake and was told they would remake the pizza for free but not the wing. I ended up speaking a few colorful metaphors &@$?&@"& and informed them that I would return both and demanded a refund. On my way I called Barros's and picked it up after getting my cash back. Never go to the Cactus n Bullard or the Bell n Reems location in Surprise. Actually Pizza Hut in general sucks! They need to teach better quality control and customer service skills to employees. Five -negative star rating.
