  • I am only writing this review due to the extraordinarily bad experience I have encountered in only the past month and half of living under Bridge Property Management. Their staff is completely untrained, and do not know the contracts, operating procedures of the property, nor even how to complete the basic tasks required of the leasing representatives. There is only one individual who is informed that works there, Danielle M., who is the manager. The unfortunate situation is that Danielle refuses to come out of the back office to speak with tenants on continuing issues, and demands her representatives to run into the back office every time they have an issue they are unable to resolve. I have had to threaten to take legal action against the property management for defaulting on the agreement in order for them to uphold the lease. They have additional fees that they will charge that are not written in the legal agreement and like in my case are not do not inform the tenants of until the fee has been charged. I have had to wait over a month to get work order completed ------------- Please take notice everyone that reviewed this place have 1 or 2 reviews. Meaning they don't regularly review businesses but felt SO ENRAGED with the experience at onnix that they went out of their way to inform others. I experienced the exact same situation at Macy C. when it came to threatening Legal action.
